Fruits are a healthy, naturally sweet treat, especially for your sweet tooth. They are excellent sources of many vitamins and minerals. They are rich in antioxidants that may help to lower the risk for high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and many other health challenges!  

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 Bowl mix fruits (Pineapple/ apple/ blackberries/ a mix of any seasonal fruits)
  • Lime juice - ½ tsp
  • Rock salt- a pinch
  • Chilli powder- a pinch
  • Cumin powder- a pinch
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
  • Black sesame seeds - ½  tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Slice the fruits of choice that are fresh, seasonal, and locally available. Step 2 In the bowl, add the dry ingredients and seasonings to the fruits and toss them well Step 3 Garnish with some coriander leaves and serve immediately!
