Tomatoes are a good source of the antioxidant lycopene, Vitamin C, and many more micro nutrients. Onions help reduce the level of cholesterol, improve digestion, and improve skin and hair. Lemons reduce stress and inflammation and boost energy, mood, and immunity.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Tomatoes - 3 small (chopped)
  • Onions - 1 small (chopped)
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds powder (Jeera powder) - ½ tsp 
  • Green chilli - 1-2 pcs (chopped)
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Fresh coriander - 1 tbsp (chopped) 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Finely chop onions, tomatoes, green chilies Step 2 Add salt, cumin powder, lemon juice, and blend it in a mixer or you can finely chop the vegetables by hand then stir everything together in a bowl. Step 3 Garnish with fresh, chopped coriander and serve.
