The nutrients contained in mango include significant sources of vitamin A and vitamin C. It helps in boosting immunity, promotes a healthy gut, and supports skin health and regeneration. 

 


INGREDIENTS:
  • Greek yogurt (unflavoured) / Hung curd - 1 cup / 1 katori 
  • Raw mango grated - 1 Medium sized 
  • Extra virgin olive oil - 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste - ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder - ½ tsp 
  • Oregano (fresh or dried) - 1 pinch 
  • Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Whip the yogurt in a mixing bowl until it becomes smooth.  Step 2 Add grated raw mango, olive oil, garlic paste, cumin, and oregano to the yogurt bowl.   Step 3 Season well and serve it chilled.
