Raw mangoes are extremely beneficial in treating blood disorders because of their high Vitamin C content. Vitamin C increases the elasticity of the blood vessels and boosts the formation of new blood cells. It also aids the absorption of iron & in treating liver disorders because they increase the secretion of bile acids and clean the intestines of bacterial infections.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Raw unripe mango [finely chopped] - 15 g
  • Puffed rice - 15g
  • Roasted chana - 10g
  • Roasted peanuts - 5g
  • Onion [finely chopped] - 1 [small]
  • Tomato [finely chopped] - 1 [small]
  • Green chilli [finely chopped] - 1 no.
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - ¼ tsp
  • Chaat masala powder - ¼ tsp
  • Chopped coriander - 1 tbsp
  • Black salt to taste 

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 On a low flame, roast the puffed rice in a pan or kadai till they become crisp and keep aside. Step 2 Add finely chopped raw unripe mango in a mixing bowl. Step 3 Then add finely chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, and finely chopped green chillies. Mix everything well. Step 4 Add roasted peanuts and roasted chana. Then add the puffed rice. Step 5 Add red chilli powder, chaat masala powder and black salt. Toss and mix everything quickly. Step 6 Add lemon and chopped coriander leaves. Serve.
