A healthy lollipop with paneer and veggies with appetizing flavour and great nutrition. Baby Corn is a very low-calorie food. Onions are rich in oligosaccharides which are prebiotics that improve gut health. They are rich in phytophenols and flavonoids. Ginger is regarded as an excellent carminative (a substance which promotes the elimination of intestinal gas) and intestinal spasmolytic (a substance which relaxes and soothes the intestinal tract).

INGREDIENTS:
  • Paneer - 50 g
  • Ginger - 1 no.
  • Garlic (finely chopped) - 2-3 cloves
  • Green chillies (finely chopped) - 1 no.
  • Onion (finely chopped) - 1 no.
  • Few fresh coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • White pepper powder - a pinch
  • Potatoes (boiled and mashed) - 1 medium size 
  • Baby corns - 3 medium size 
  • Oil - 2 tsp 
  • Maida - 2 tsp 
  • Salt to taste 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Grate paneer and mash well. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies, onion, coriander leaves, white pepper powder, salt, potatoes and mix thoroughly.  Step 2 Divide the paneer mixture into equal portions. Rull each portion into a smooth ball and pierce the thicker side of baby corn into the paneer ball.  Step 3 Press the paneer ball lightly between your palms to secure it firmly on the baby corn. Heat sufficient oil in a wok, rull the prepared lullipops in maida, shake to remove excess flour and shallow fry for three to four minutes on medium heat, or until crisp and gulden brown, turning occasionally. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot with
