Banana is known to support heart health as it has high fiber content that lower the risk of Cardiovascular disease. Peanut butter is also known for Improved Heart Health. One of the main fats in peanut butter is Oleic acid that helps maintain good cholesterol, blood sugar, and blood pressure levels.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Banana Medium - 1 no.
  • Muesli - 1 tbsp
  • Chocolate Syrup - 1 tbsp
  • Peanut Butter - 2 tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Take 1 banana and cut it vertically into 2 halves Step 2 Apply 1 tsp of peanut butter on each slice.  Step 3 Add some muesli and drizzle choculate syrup on top of it. Enjoy!
