INGREDIENTS:
  • Multigrain bread -  1 or 2 slices
  • Hung Curd - 1 katori
  • Carrot grated - 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum chopped - 1 tbsp
  • low fat paneer grated - 2 tbsp 
  • Lettuce - 2 leaves
  • Salt - to taste 
  • Pepper - to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Take a muslin cloth put the curd in it, tie it up to remove the excess water. That makes it hung curd. Will have a nice creamy texture. Step 2 Take the curd in a bowl, add the veggies (carrot, capsicum, lettuce), add salt & pepper and mix it well. Step 3 Take 1 or 2 slices of bread and spread the curd mix on it and enjoy!
