Tahini is also very nutritious and contains antioxidant & anti-inflammatory properties. The amino acids in whey protein help repair skin and tissues and make them healthy and strong. Cinnamon powder is filled with antioxidants and offers several health benefits, including reduced blood sugar levels, improved heart health, and perhaps even weight loss. INGREDIENTS:
  • Dates - 2 nos. 
  • Tahini - 1 tsp
  • Whey protein/Skimmed milk powder - ½  scoop [optional]
  • Skimmed milk - 1 ½  cup [150 ml]
  • Cinnamon powder - ¼ tsp
  • Cardamom powder - ¼ tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Soak the dates in water for 30 mins. Step 2 Blend all the ingredients thoroughly and serve immediately! Step 3 You can also use 1 cup of almond milk instead of skimmed milk for preparations.
