When submerged in vinegar, It kills many types of harmful bacteria in the gut, it also lowers blood sugar levels and fights Diabetes. It also helps you lose weight and reduces belly fat as well as lowers Cholesterol and improves Heart Health.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Slit green chillies - 10-12
  • Vinegar - 7- 8 tbsp
  • Lemon - 4 slices
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Wash and pat dry the green chillies. Slit the chillies, Gently rub on paper to remove the excessive seeds. Step 2 In a jar mix together green chillies, vinegar, lemon and salt. Step 3 Keep aside for a couple of hours. Step 4 Refrigerate and use when required.
