They contain a high amount of potassium and are loaded with fiber and antioxidants.  Avocado also contains monounsaturated fatty acids which are good for cardiac health. Tomatoes are also an excellent source of vitamin C and antioxidants. Garlic also contains antioxidant properties and improves cholesterol levels. 

INGREDIENTS:
  • Avocado, chopped - ½ large
  • Tomato, finely chopped - ½ small
  • Garlic clove, crushed - 1 nos.
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp


DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Place avocado in a bowl. Using a fork mash until almost smooth. Add tomato, garlic, and lemon juice. Step 2 Stir to combine. Step 3 And served with multigrain toast or add as a topping on avocado open toast.
