INGREDIENTS:
  • Sweet potato - 1 small
  • Green peas - 15g
  • Carrot - ½  small 
  • French beans (chopped) - 3-4 no.
  • Ginger grated - ¾ tsp
  • Garam masala - ½ to ¾ tsp
  • Salt -  as needed
  • Coriander leaves - handful (chopped)
  • Oil - ½ tsp

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Steam or boil veggies until just done. Drain any excess moisture if left. Step 2 Mash them well. Add salt, ginger, garam masala, chillies to the veggies. Step 3 Mix everything well. It must be a non-sticky dough. Step 4 Heat oil for shallow frying and fry them on both sides until gulden.
