They promote gut health, support healthy vision, enhance brain function, and support the immune system too. Dates are also highly nutritious as they are packed with essential vitamins, fiber, and carbs which enhance energy levels.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Sweet potato, boiled - 1 medium-sized 
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Dates - 2 no.
  • Crushed fresh ginger - 1 tsp 
  • Cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Ice cubes - 2-3 pieces.
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 In a blender, add the peeled sweet potato, milk, dates, ginger, and cinnamon powder. Blend it until it becomes smooth. Step 2 Add ice cubes to it and serve it chilled.
