INGREDIENTS:

  • Watermelon [diced] - 1 cup
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp 
  • Ice [crushed] - as needed
  • Lemon slices - 2 nos.

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth [add a few tablespoons of water, if necessary].  Step 2 Transfer to a pitcher filled with ice and serve in tall glasses.  Step 3 Garnish with lemon slices.
