Here's a healthy twist on a classic Cobb salad recipe, low sodium fish sauce, mixed greens,cottage cheese, provide a blend of essential nutrients like protein, minerals, vitamins.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Salmon - 50 g
  • Fish sauce (low sodium) - 2 tsp
  • White vinegar - 2 tsp
  • Water - 1 tbsp
  • Mixed salad greens - 50 g
  • Chopped avocado/ any fruit - 15 g
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved - 30 g
  • Crumbled cottage cheese - 20 g
  • Salt as per taste 

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Preheat grill to medium-high. Cut salmon into pieces. Brush with fish sauce and sprinkle with ¼ tsp salt. Oil the grill rack. Grill the salmon, turning once, until opaque, about 3 minutes per side. Step 2 Combine chopped greens, vinegar, water, and salt in a small bowl. Divide the greens and salmon into plates. Top with avocado, tomatoes, and cottage cheese. Drizzle with the remaining dressing.
