Oranges and lime provide a refreshing citrus flavour to this sangria-like tea.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Hot water - 1 glass 
  • Green tea bag - 1 no. 
  • Raw honey - ½ tsp 
  • Coldwater - 1 cup 
  • Orange [sliced] - 3 or 4 no.
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp 
  • Lemon [cut into wedges] - 2 or 3 no.
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a medium saucepan; add tea bag. Boil 1 minute; remove from heat. Cover and steep 10 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags.  Step 2 Stir in honey. Pour into a 1-litre pitcher; stir it in a glass of culd water and orange, lime juice and lime wedges. Step 3 Serve over ice.
