Semolina and veggies along with sprouts make these pancakes powerhouse of vitamin C, antioxidants, minerals & fiber. So let’s try this mouthwatering delicacy & get it onto our child’s plate which is rich in protein & low in carbs.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Semolina - ¼ katori
  • Curds - ¼ katori
  • Crushed peanuts - ½ tsp
  • Veggies [shredded cabbage, capsicum, carrot] - ½ katori 
  • Bean sprouts - 2 tbsp
  • Spring onions [chopped] - ½ tbsp 
  • Lemon juice - ½ tsp
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Pepper powder - a pinch
  • Oil - ½ tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 In a bowl, mix the vegetables, lemon juice, and pinch of salt, and keep it aside. Step 2 Soak semulina in the curd for 3 to 4 minutes, then add the crushed peanuts, salt, and pepper. Adjust consistency with water. Step 3 Heat pan on medium flame and grease it with ½ tsp oil. Now, spread the batter on the pan and add a tablespoon of the topping mixture to the pancake and allow to cook for some time.  Step 4 Then turn over the pancake and cook the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter to get more pancakes. Serve hot!
