These nutrients protect the heart and keeps it healthy. Inclusion of egg whites are good source of high quality protein, lesser amount of fat and cholesterol and also, skim milk powder is a good source of vitamins , minerals and protein.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Banana - 1 no. 
  • Egg whites - 2 nos. 
  • Skim Milk powder - 1 tbsp
  • Baking powder - ¼  tsp 
  • Oil - 1 tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Place a medium skillet over medium heat on the stove. Let it heat while you prepare the pancakes. Step 2 To prepare the pancakes, mash the banana well with a fork.  Step 3 Add the egg whites, baking powder, and skim milk powder and whisk until well combined.  Step 4 Spray the skillet with oil before adding one ladle full of the pancake mixture.   Step 5 Let the pancakes cook for 25-30 seconds before flipping and letting the other side cook for the same amount of time.  Step 6 Remove in a plate and serve with peanut butter or fruit.
