Plus it has good proportions of iron, manganese, and magnesium, and is low on sodium too.So whether you're watching your weight or suffering from digestion problems, sattu will go a long way in keeping you healthy.

INGREDIENTS:
For Dough:
  • Sattu atta - 3 tbsp 
  • Salt as per taste
  • Ajwain - a pinch 
  • Kalonji - a pinch 
  • Oil - 1/2 tsp
  • Water - 1/2 cup
 For Filling:

  • Garlic-Ginger Paste - 1tsp
  • Green chilli - 1/2 nos
  • Red chilli powder - a pinch
  • Onion - 1 no.
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp 
  • Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Prepare the Dough: Step 2 Take sattu flour in a bowl and add salt, ajwain, kalonji. Add required amount of water and prepare a soft dough. Step 3 Prepare the Stuffing: Step 4 Add salt, ginger garlic paste, green chili and red chili powder. Step 5 Also add onion, lemon juice,and coriander leaves. Mix well. Step 6 Add required amount of water make the stuffing moist as to fill easily. Step 7 Prepare Sattu Parantha: Step 8 Make balls out of the dough for making paranthas. Step 9 Sprinkle flour over the rulling board to avoid stickening of dough. Step 10 Rull out to make paranthas and fill a portion of sattu in the middle. Step 11 Enfuld the filling properly and make flat balls for rulling it again. Step 12 Heat tawa and cook the paratha from both sides. Step 13 For better cooking keep the flame low. Step 14 Sattu paranthas are ready to serve hot!
