Acai Berry Smoothie Bowl

Acai berries contain more antioxidants than other commonly eaten berries. They also are high in fiber and heart-healthy fats. The antioxidant effects of acai berries have largely been attributed to phenolic compounds.

Overnight Mocha Oats

As the oats are soaked overnight, their digestibility is improved greatly. Chia seeds are a great source of protein, help with maintaining blood sugar levels, improve digestion, and aid weight loss. Unsweetened cocoa is a healthy choice for those who love chocolate and also for kids! You will absolutely love the breakfast, which by the way can also be an amazing dessert!

Brown Protein Poha

Brown rice has hulls and brans which provide ''natural wholeness" to the grain and are rich in proteins, thiamine, calcium, magnesium, fiber, and potassium. It is high in fiber, acts as an anti-oxidant and has a low glycemic index. The cereal- pulse combination (3:1) offers a full set of amino acids. Lysine is absent in the cereal and methionine is absent in the pulse hence mixing the two is beneficial and this mix becomes a complete protein source. Also adding lemon enhances iron absorption.
