Together, these nutrients protect the heart and keep it healthy. Yogurt is an amazing source of protein and calcium and these ingredients together makes this smoothie tasty as well as healthy.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Papaya [cubed] - 5 to 6 pcs. 
  • Plain yogurt - 150g 
  • Chia seeds [soaked] - 1 tsp
  • Water - ¼ cup [if required]
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Cut the papaya into cube pieces.  Step 2 Put the papaya cubes and yogurt and blend the mixture into appropriate consistency, can add water to make a fine puree, as per desired consistency.  Step 3 Serve and enjoy!
