INGREDIENTS:
  • Oats - 2 tbsp 
  • Dates - 2 medium sized
  • Coconut oil - 1 tsp 
  • Chia seeds - ½ tsp
  • Cardamom powder - a pinch
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Take a non-stick pan and add a tsp of coconut oil to it. Step 2 De-seed the dates and allow it to cook in the oil till it softens. Step 3 Dry roast oats and soak chia seeds in a small cup of water. Step 4 Mix oats, chia seeds and a pinch of cardamom powder to the softened dates and form a laddoo or a bar out of it.
