On the other hand, liquid stevia is a natural sweetener which is low in calories, good for diabetics and helps to maintain healthy blood pressure.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Liquid Stevia - 1 tsp 
  • Apple Cider vinegar - 1 cup 
  • Red pepper - 1 tsp
  • Lemon - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Black pepper powder - as per taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Whisk together stevia, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and red pepper. Slowly pour in oil while whisking to emulsify.  Step 2 Season with salt and pepper to taste.
