INGREDIENTS:
  • Chicken Breast - 50 g
  • Italian Seasoning - ½ tsp 
  • Garlic (chopped) - 2 cloves
  • Cherry tomato (halved) - 3 no
  • Green Beans (chopped) - ¼ cup 
  • Yellow zucchini (thinly sliced) - ¼ cup 
  • Broccoli - ¼ cup
  • Bell pepper strips - ¼ cup 
  • Onion (sliced) - 1 small 
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Salt  as per taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 to 6 minutes or until gulden brown. Step 2 Stir in vegetables, Italian seasoning and salt. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Add cherry tomatoes; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes or until tomatoes are slightly softened and chicken is cooked through.
