This recipe is not only a rich source of protein but also provides all the essential oils and fiber required by our body. It also includes healthy minerals and vitamins from vegetables.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Chicken - 25g
  • Small onion - ½
  • Oil - ½ tsp
  • Brown rice - 30 g
  • Salt - ½ tsp 
  • Pepper - ½ tsp
  • Tomato puree - 1 tbsp
  • Green peas - 2 tsp
  • Water - 2 cups

Egg Crepe:-

  • 1 - egg white
  • salt
  • ½ - tsp oil
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Cut chicken thigh into 1-inch pieces. Step 2 Wash and soak rice for 15-20 mins and later cook it in 2 cups of water on a medium flame bring it to boil and then cover with a lid and lower the flame and cook it for 20 mins till all the water is evaporated and rice is cooked. Step 3 Heat oil in a frying pan at medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 1-2 minutes. Step 4 Add finely chopped onion and cook until onion becomes translucent. Step 5 Add cooked rice and cook mixture for 2 minutes. Season rice with salt and pepper. Make room in the frying pan and add ketchup. Cook only ketchup for 30 seconds to cook it down.Mix rice and tomato puree and fry together for 1-2 minutes. Then add peas and cook some more. Step 6 Place rice into a rice bowl or similar kind of bowl, pack lightly, and unmuld on a plate. Step 7 Beat egg and a pinch of salt together. Heat frying pan with ½ tsp. oil. Pour the egg mixture into the hot frying pan and make a crepe-like thin round egg sheet. Cover mulded rice with egg sheet to form an oval shape.
