  • Cucumber - 1 
  • Curry leaves -  3-4 leaves
  • Pomegranate - 2 teaspoon
  • Mustard seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chilled yogurt - 1 cup 
  • Fruit - any 1 fruit of your choice
  • Oil - 1 tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Add the ingredients to a bowl and give it a good mix Step 2 On a simmering pan add the oil and curry leaves for the tadka and once the curry leaves are sizzling, add it on the yogurt, cucumber and fruit mixture.  Step 3 Enjoy it chilled!
