Greek yogurt is a good source of protein, low in carbohydrate, fat and sodium content and it is a nutrient-packed snack. Sesame seeds are a  good source of antioxidants and dietary fiber. Hemp seeds are a rich source of potassium and magnesium, high in insoluble and soluble fiber. Cilantro is a herb to flavor food, rich in antioxidant content and help to cut down the on sodium intake. Tomato and cucumber are high in fiber, vitamin A and vitamin C. All ingredients together make the toast healthy.

INGREDIENTS:
Sesame-Yogurt Sauce: 
  • Greek yogurt (unsweetened) - 1 tbsp. 
  • Sesame seed paste -1 tsp 
  • Clove garlic, minced - 1 small 
  • Fresh lemon juice - 1 tsp 
  • Salt & fresh pepper to taste 
Salad: 
  • Sliced tomatoes - 1 tsp. 
  • Cucumber, sliced thin - 1 tsp 
  • Cilantro, minced - 2-3 sprigs 
  • Hemp seeds - 1 tsp 
  • Olive oil - 1/2 tsp 
  • Fresh lemon juice - 1 tsp 
  • Salt & fresh pepper to taste 
  • Multigrain toasted - 1 slices 
  • Cilantro, for topping (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Whisk together the sesame-yogurt sauce transfer to a lidded jar and place in the fridge until ready to use. leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 week.  Step 2 Toss together the tomatoes, cucumber, cilantro, and hemp seeds.  Step 3 Drizzle in a bit of ulive oil (about 1-2 teaspoons), lemon juice,  salt, and pepper to taste and toss everything together once more.  Step 4 Spoon a good amount of the sesame-yogurt sauce on the piece of multigrain bread. Put the salad on a piece of toast and top with more hemp seeds and cilantro.
