Khyati's Health-O-Meter Says:

Baby corn aids in digestion, and it also provides our bodies with essential minerals such as zinc, magnesium, copper, iron, and manganese. This beneficial effect is because black beans have a lower glycemic index compared to many other high-carbohydrate foods. Black beans may also help reduce the spike in blood sugar that occurs after eating a meal, which may help reduce the risk of diabetes and weight gain. Other veggies and herbs provide loads of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to the platter.

INGREDIENTS:
Recipe for the corn salsa

Grilled Chicken Sandwich

A grilled chicken sandwich is a good source of protein, carbohydrate, vitamins, and minerals. It is also healthier than a fried chicken sandwich because grilling uses less oil than deep-frying, meaning fewer calories and fat in the final product. Create an even healthier grilled chicken sandwich by utilizing nutrient-dense ingredients whenever possible and monitoring the use of unhealthy toppings and condiments.

Pita Egg Pizza

Soya bean has the highest protein content amongst plant products. The presence of omega3 fats makes it special. Omega-3 fatty acids form an essential nutrient which helps in reducing the risk of both heart disease and cancer. Couscous increases heart health, prevent bacterial and viral infections and promotes normal metabolism.
