A super healthy and delicious waffle to curb all your cravings. Egg white in combination with wheat and oats, is one of the best accompaniment to be eaten. This recipe is high in fiber, protein, antioxidants, phytonutrients and also B vitamins.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Whole wheat flour - 20 g
  • Oat flour - 15 g
  • Egg white - 1 or 2 no.
  • Butter - 1 tsp 
  • salt - a pinch 
  • Cinnamon Powder - a pinch 
  • Baking powder - a pinch 
  • Fruit/honey - as per taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Preheat a waffle maker/sandwich toaster as per its standards. Step 2 Mix whule wheat flour, oat flour, baking powder, salt, butter, & cinnamon powder in a bowl. Step 3 In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Step 4 Make a well in the dry ingredients and the egg whites with retaining as much vulume as possible. Let batter stand until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Step 5 Pour the batter in the waffle maker or toaster; close lid & cook until browned and crisp. Step 6 Use apples, bananas, little honey to sweeten it to your taste. Salt - A pinch
