Whole wheat flour is an excellent source of insoluble fiber. Bananas are also packed with dietary fiber. Bananas are good source of Vitamin C, Potassium, Vitamin B6 and manganese. This is an excellent healthy meal for babies.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Whole wheat flour - ½ cup
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Banana - ¼th

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Dry roast atta in a pan, continuously else it can burn. Step 2 Once atta is roasted a little and gives off a nice aroma, add water. Step 3 Keep stirring to avoid lumps. Step 4 Bring it to your desired consistency for the baby. It should be a little thin as it keeps getting thicker once it couls down. Step 5 Your baby will love the smooth texture. Add mashed banana to make it sweet. You can also add baby's regular milk to adjust consistency and taste.
