Also giving a boost of protein from chickpeas, this makes the perfect protein-rich meal for a vegetarian. INGREDIENTS:

  • Sprouts [boiled] - 1 tbsp
  • Rajma [boiled] - 1 tbsp
  • Onion [chopped] - 20 g
  • Cucumber [chopped] - 1 medium
  • Chaat masala - 1 tsp
  • Cumin seed powder - ½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tsp 
  • Mint leaves [chopped] - 1 tsp
  • Green chilli [chopped] - 1 no. 
  • Lemon juice - ½ tsp 
  • Salt - to taste
  • Red chilli powder - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Steam the sprouts with a ¼ cup of water for 5 minutes.  Step 2 Soak chickpeas overnight. Drain out the water and boil with 3 cups of water and a pinch of salt till it tenders.  Step 3 Mix sprouts, chickpeas, onion, cucumber, green chilli, coriander leaves, chaat masala, red chilli powder, cumin seed powder, mint leaves, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve hot.
