Delightful breakfast and post-workout option that is rich in antioxidants and protein. It has high protein, low fat and moderate carbohydrates content which makes it a complete weight loss meal! 

INGREDIENTS:
  • Egg Whites - 3 no
  •  Milk - ¼ cup 
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  •  Wheat bread - 2 slices
  • Tomato - 1 no
  • Basil Leaves - a few
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Beat egg white, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl until blended.  Step 2 Heat 1 tsp oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat until hot.  Step 3 Pour egg mixture over the pan. As eggs begin to set, gently pull the eggs across the pan with an inverted turner, forming large soft curds.  Step 4 Continue cooking until thickened and no visible liquid egg remains.  Step 5 Do not stir constantly. Remove from pan & clean skillet. Step 6 Spread the remaining oil evenly on one side of each bread slice (or brush lightly with oil).  Step 7 Place 2 slices of bread on a skillet. Top evenly with scrambled eggs, tomato, and basil. Cover with remaining bread. Step 8 Cook sandwiches over medium heat, turning once until bread is toasted till gulden brown.
