INGREDIENTS:

  • Makhana [roasted] -  1 bowl
  • Almonds -  2 nos. 
  • Turmeric powder- a pinch
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper-  to taste
  • Butter - ½ tsp


DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 In a small bowl, combine butter, the turmeric powder, salt and pepper. Step 2 In a pan, dry roast the makhana on medium heat. Roast it about 8 to 10 minutes. Step 3 Once well roasted, add the salt and pepper mixture to roasted makhana. Step 4 Serve it with crunchy almonds.
