INGREDIENTS:
  • Moong dal [boiled] - 30g
  • Pomegranate/ Fruit of choice - 1 tbsp
  • Spring onions [chopped] - 1 tbsp
  • Mint leaves [finely chopped] 1 tsp 
  • Coriander [finely chopped] 1 tbsp
  • Green chilli [finely chopped] 1 no
  • Chaat masala - ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice - ½ tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Combine all the ingredients, including the moong dal, in a large bowl and toss well. Step 2 Serve immediately.
