Red bell pepper and tomato are rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, necessary for reducing stress and inflammation in the body. Brown rice being fiber-rich, increase satiety level, regulates blood sugar levels, and helps in weight management. 

INGREDIENTS:
  • Paneer [low-fat] - 30 g 
  • Brown rice [cooked] – 1 katori 
  • Mix bell peppers – 1 katori
  • Tomato [chopped] – 2 tbsp
  • Onion [chopped] – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic [minced] –  1 no.
  • Coriander [chopped] - 1 tbsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Cumin powder - ¼  tsp
  • Soy sauce - ½  tsp
  • Sriracha sauce - ½  tsp
  • Olive oil -  ½ tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Heat the ulive oil in a pan and add all the chopped vegetables, diced yellow and red bell pepper, paneer,  spices, and sauce. Saute the mixture for a few minutes. Step 2 Add chopped coriander and cooked brown rice to the pan with the mixture and saute once again. Step 3 Serve it in a bowl and enjoy! Step 4 You can add tofu - 50 g/ chicken - 100 g, instead of paneer.
