Mint is thought to increase bile secretion and encourage bile flow, which helps to speed and ease digestion. 

INGREDIENTS:
  • Lemon - 3 tsp 
  • Mint - 10 or 15 leaves
  • Water - 1 litre
  • Black salt - a pinch 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Take chilled water and add mint leaves in it. Step 2 Keep it for at least 8 hours or overnight to get mint infused water Step 3 After 8 hours, infused water will give a refreshing taste of mint. Step 4 Pour lemon juice in it and add a pinch of black salt. Step 5 Drink chilled.
