Oats are high in soluble fiber and beta-glucan which aid in constipation relief and cholesterol reduction. Also, the recipe has the goodness of milk protein and vitamins, and minerals. 

INGREDIENTS:
  • Water - ½  cup 
  • Coffee powder - 1 tsp
  • Oats - 2 tsp 
  • Dates - 1 no. 
  • Skim milk - 1 ½  cup [150 ml]
  • Walnut - 2 nos.
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 In a bowl, soak oats, 1 date, and walnuts in ½  cup of water for 30 minutes. Step 2 In a blender, take 1 cup milk, and 1 tsp coffee powder and blend the soaked mixture together. You can adjust the coffee powder as per your liking. Step 3 You can add 1 tsp soaked chia seeds to the smoothie and serve immediately!
