INGREDIENTS:
  • Orange, peeled  - ½ no.
  • Kale/ Spinach - ¼ cup pureed
  • Parsley/green coriander leaves  - a few
  • Avocado - 2 slices (20 gms)
  • Apple, chopped - ¼ no.
  • Coconut water or water, chilled - ¼ cup
  • Ice - ½ cup (optional)
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • soaked chia seeds - 1 tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Step 2 Enjoy immediately.
