INGREDIENTS:
  • Ginger - 1 inch 
  • Peppermint tea bag - 1 no.
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp 
  • Water - 1 cup
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Add ginger to the peppermint tea, simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes.  Step 2 Strain and discard the ginger. Step 3 Add fresh lemon juice.  Step 4 Serve tea, hot or chilled.
