Despite their small size, chia seeds are full of important nutrients. They are an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids which are heart-friendly fats, rich in antioxidants, calcium and iron and also provide fiber which aids in weight loss.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Coconut water [No malai] / Plain water - 2 glasses
  • Chia seeds - 1 tsp [Soaked]
  • Lemon juice [fresh] - ½ tsp 
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Add chia seeds and coconut water/plain water in a jar or bottle. Stir well.  Step 2 If your chia seeds stick to the bottom of the jar, you can shake them up. Step 3 Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes and then add lemon juice to it.
