This berry smoothie is delicious and perfect for breakfast. Berries of all kinds are rich in antioxidants, which prevent cell damage. Yogurt is high in protein and other nutrients like vitamin B12, calcium, and selenium. 

INGREDIENTS:
  • Plain/ Greek yogurt (unsweetened) - ½ katori 
  • Almond milk/ Cow’s milk - ½ cup (75 ml)
  • Mixed berries - ½ katori
  • Banana - 1 small
  • Ice cubes (optional) - 2-3 nos

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Combine all the ingredients in a blender thoroughly and serve immediately!
