INGREDIENTS:
  • Brown rice and barley - 30 g (2 tbsp)

  • Vanilla/ soy /cow's milk - ½ cup
  • Maple syrup/honey - 2 Tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Cook brown rice and barley and then add strawberries/ blueberries, milk and maple syrup/honey. Step 2 Stir to mix and serve.
