Yogurt is an amazing source of protein and calcium and these ingredients together makes this smoothie tasty as well as healthy. Adding chia seeds to it makes it more refreshing and relishing.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Banana - 1 nos
  • Yogurt - 1 katori
  • Chia seeds - 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder - ¼ tsp

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1 Combine the banana , yogurt & 1 tsp chia seeds Step 2 Blend until smooth, add a pinch of cinnamon powder and mix. Enjoy!NOTE: Do soak the chia seeds in water for 20 minutes before blending.
